Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required to secure your spot. Pay-As-You-Go: Payment is required in full at the time of booking each session. Payment plans must be completed by the date agreed upon at the time of the created plan. **No refunds will be issued after the cohort start date. 2. Attendance & Participation Couples are encouraged to attend all six sessions for the best experience. Missed sessions will not be refunded but may have a recap option, if available. Active participation is expected to foster a supportive learning environment. 3. Confidentiality & Respect Discussions within the cohort are private—what’s shared in the group stays in the group. Every couple is expected to respect differing perspectives and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere. Any form of disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the cohort without a refund. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations If a session must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified in advance. If the cohort is canceled by the facilitator, a full refund or credit for a future cohort will be offered. 5. Access to Materials & Resources Any workbooks, guides, or materials provided are for enrolled participants only. Access to digital resources (if applicable) will remain available for one week after the cohort ends. 6. Communication & Support All cohort-related communication will be sent via email. *Couples may reach out for additional support between sessions as per the guidelines provided.
