After over 15 years of corporate coaching and training, Elisha Leonard decided to pivot to serving ministry leadership with biblical conflict resolution tools after observing traumatic breaks in relationships from unresolved miscommunications.
The wife, mother of three, and professional communication strategist set out to coach ministry teams and members focusing on strategies for more effective communication, congregation retention, and overall resilience in ministries.
The sessions are conducted in-person or virtually and participants receive tangible materials to walk through the often-misread intricacies of conflict and imparts practical biblical solutions that are applicable to every kind of relationship.
